Who is a Member?

Any custodial parent or guardian who has a child or children enrolled in a school operated by the Society, and has paid program fees shall be granted Membership in the Society.  Members whose fees are current shall remain active for twelve consecutive months. All members are entitled to vote at membership meetings.
